These books and articles have given me insight on neuroscience, emotions, stress, pain and healing in relation to the practice of meditation. People have sometimes asked me about reputable Mindfulness Meditation trainings beyond the Portland area. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, many Mindfulness organizations have begun to use online platforms for their offerings. This provides new opportunities for those interested in deepening their practice -- without the hassle of traveling.
