To those who regularly practice meditation, I want to congratulate you because you found the right path towards the right way to live. It is a good thing because meditation enables every good thing in us; we become more active, we make great decisions in life, and we also become an inspiration towards other people. I am practicing it right now, and I cannot deny the fact that it has helped me a lot to live a life better than what I have before.
